Their Challenge

MyNetDiary was one of the original calorie tracking apps however the market has since become very crowded with more modernized versions such as NOOM, making their debut with significant investor backing and the ability to spend significant funds on primetime advertising and top-level advertorials.

Outside of new recipes debuting, the brand didn’t have any significant new features launching and many considered their branding outdated.

Our Challenge

Over a 13-month contract period, the Dunn Pellier Media team faced the challenge of distinguishing MyNetDiary from its newer and more innovative competitors.

Furthermore, the COVID-19 pandemic made health-related topics difficult to leverage as news about vaccines and new variants dominated the media cycle.
